The Philadelphia Parking Authority is offering free street parking and discounted fees at its garages on Tuesday night to encourage people to take SEPTA to the sports complex. Parking at PPA lots near SEPTA’s Regional Rail stations also will be free. The incentive is intended to reduce traffic congestion in South Philly. The Phillies and Flyers are playing big games, and there’s a soccer match at Lincoln Financial Field.
