Students with disabilities in Pa. to receive more time in school under class action settlement

Students with disabilities in Pennsylvania will be able to receive special education services for an additional year under a class action settlement in a lawsuit filed on behalf of a 19-year-old Lower Merion student. Students will be able to receive services until their 22nd birthday, and those who aged out of the program at 21 can reenroll until they turn 22.
