Suspect charged in fatal shooting of 21-year-old woman inside Northeast Philly bar

Anthony Nelson, 47, was arrested on Wednesday and charged with homicide for allegedly killing Jailene Holton, 21, on June 28. Police say Nelson allegedly fired shots at the outside of the Northeast Philly bar. One bullet smashed through the front window and killed Holton. Moments before, Nelson had been kicked out of the bar at 2417 Welsh Road.
