Taco Bell has launched a Taco Tuesday promotion in every state but New Jersey because Taco John’s has surrendered the trademark in 49 states. In New Jersey, it is still held by Gregory’s Restaurant & Bar in Somers Point. The family-owned business is refusing to relinquish the trademark it has held for four decades.
