Teen cyclist killed in apparent drive-by shooting in Kensington, police say

Philadelphia police are investigating the shooting of a 17-year-old boy who was killed Thursday night while riding his bike in Kensington. The incident happened near the intersection of Second Street and Allegheny Avenue. Investigators said the teen may have been killed in a drive-by shooting.
