These are the two questions on the ballot for Philly voters in the midterm election

Philadelphia voters will have two ballot questions to answer during Pennsylvania’s upcoming general election on Tuesday, Nov. 8. One question asks whether the city should establish a separate Department of Aviation to oversee its airports, while another asks whether School District graduates from career and technical programs should receive preference for city government jobs. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m. on Election Day.
