Two men fatally shot in altercation outside Club Risque, police say

Two men were fatally shot after an argument outside Club Risque in the Wissinoming section of the city early Tuesday morning, police said. The incident increased Philadelphia’s record homicide total for the year to 550. No arrests have been made and the incident remains under investigation with homicide detectives,
