Two more suspects arrested for fatal shooting of Philly Police Officer Richard Mendez

Philadelphia police have arrested two more people in connection to the shooting that killed officer Richard Mendez and wounded his partner, Raul Ortiz, last Thursday at the Philadelphia International Airport. Alexander Batista Polanco, 21, of Camden, and Hendrick Peña Fernandez, of Pennsauken, both were taken into custody Wednesday to face murder charges. On Monday, Yobranny Martinez Fernandez was charged with murder for his alleged role in the shooting.
