University and Temple faculty union reach tentative contract agreement
Temple University’s faculty union has successfully negotiated a new five-year contract agreement with the university. This agreement includes the largest pay increases the union has negotiated in 25 years, as well as additional job protections for its members. The deal also includes pay raises for adjunct professors, marking a significant victory after over a year of negotiations between the union and the university. This newly reached agreement is expected to benefit all union members and improve their working conditions at the university.
