Vandals smashed windows of 20 cars in Northeast Philly
About 20 cars were damaged by vandals in the Rhawnhurst section of Northeast Philadelphia early Monday morning, police said. The cars mostly were parked on Hartel Avenue and had their windows smashed. No one was injured and nothing was reported stolen, police said.
