Wildwood bans alcohol on beach, boardwalk — whether it's in open or closed containers

The Wildwood Board of Commissioners on Wednesday approved two ordinances cracking dow on public drinking. One of the ordinances bans alcohol on the beach and boardwalk, except in licensed bars and restaurants, and the other deals with underage drinking. The updated laws go into effect in 20 days.
