With the Eagles in the Super Bowl, Pennsylvania gamblers bet a record amount

Pennsylvania gamblers bet $84.3 million on Super Bowl LVII, the highest total since the state legalized sports betting in 2018. That total – a 24% increase from 2022 – was fueled by the Eagles playing in the NFL’s biggest game against the Kansas City Chiefs. After payouts, Pennsylvania gained $29.7 million in revenue, a 549% increase from last year, the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board reported.
