New Jersey grant program will cover unpaid rent during COVID-19 crisis

New Jersey will soon launch a grant program to support small landlords with financial assistance for rent that has not been paid during the coronavirus pandemic. As a requirement to receive funds, landlords must forgive tenants who still owe them money for months during the period covered.
