A data breach confirmed by the Pennsylvania Department of Health on Thursday may have leaked the information of thousands of residents involved in the state’s contact tracing program. The leak likely occurred through a third-party vendor hired to help with COVID-19 case contact tracing, Insight Global, an Atlanta-based employment agency.
