Pennsylvania raises COVID-19 venue capacity limits, paving way for Philly sports fans at games

Pennsylvania has raised occupancy limits to 15% for indoor events and 20% for outdoor events, raising the possibility of spectators soon returning to the Wells Fargo Center and Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia for Sixers, Flyers and Phillies games. The city must revise its own guidelines to match the state’s in order for fan attendance to move forward.
