Philly’s snow drought may end Tuesday morning, meteorologists say

Philadelphia’s 715-day snowless streak is expected to end this week as forecasts show a winter storm dropping between 1 and 3 inches on the city between Monday night and Tuesday, according to the National Weather Service. Another storm system could bring more snow to Philly toward the end of the week.
