Northeast Philly Catholic school accidentally sold Mother's Day flowers stuffed with thongs

During its Mother’s Day flower sale, St. Anselm School, a Catholic grade school in far Northeast Philly, accidentally sold artificial roses with thongs folded inside each flower’s petals.
