Second person charged in deadly shooting at Pat's King of Steaks, police say



Philadelphia police have charged Jamie Frick, 36, for her alleged role in he fatal shooting of David Padro at Pat’s King of Steaks in South Philly on July 22. She is the second person charged, along with Paul Burkert, 36, of Reading, for shooting and killing Padro, 22, during an altercation at the cheesesteak shop.
