97-unit apartment building planned at former Columbus Boulevard warehouse site

A seven-story, 97-unit apartment building has been proposed for a portion of the former Philadelphia Warehousing & Cold Storage complex at 500 N Christopher Columbus Blvd. The complex was was added to the Philadelphia Register of Historic Places, meaning future development plans must be approved by the Philadelphia Historical Commission.
