Dr. Caroline Johnson, Philadelphia’s acting deputy health commissioner, resigned on Saturday from her position after she was found to have given “an unfair advantage” to Philly Fighting COVID and the Black Doctors COVID Consortium in their quest to become partners in the city’s effort to distribute coronavirus vaccine doses.
