Airbnb to crack down on New Year's Eve parties by restricting bookings

Airbnb is again taking measures to prevent people from booking rentals to host unauthorized New Year’s Eve parties. People who have been rated poorly by previous hosts will be unable to book single-night listings for entire homes. They also will face restrictions on two- and three-night bookings, particularly when booking locally.
