Arrest made in connection with Wildwood homicide cold case from 1990

Jerry Rosado, 62, of Millville in Cumberland County, is accused of sexually assaulting 20-year-old Susan Negersmith back in 1990, but he has not been charged in connection with her death. Her body was found behind a restaurant on after the Carmel, New York native came to the shore with friends for Memorial Day weekend. DNA evidence collected from the body linked Rosado to the sexual assault, authorities say, and he faces up to a decade in prison if convicted.
