Bucks County man fatally shoots neighbor's dog after it attacked his own, police say

A family’s dog was fatally shot by a neighbor Friday morning in the Magnolia Hill section of Levittown, authorities said. The neighbor told police that he was walking his German shepherd when an American bulldog escaped its owners’ yard and attacked his dog. The man, who had a license to carry a firearm, shot the American bulldog once causing fatal injuries. The incident is under investigation and no charges have been filed at this time.
