Bucks County mom allegedly planned to kill her children in advance of duplex shooting, prosecutors say

Bucks County prosecutors say Trinh Nguyen, the woman accused killing her two sons last week at their home in Upper Makefield, left a handwritten will at the scene that indicated she planned the shooting more than a week in advance. The boys, 9 and 13, were pronounced dead Monday and the the charges against Nguyen were upgraded to first-degree murder and other offenses.
