Ameer Sutton-Best, 31, of Parkesburg, was arrested and charged with rape, sexual abuse of children, corruption of minors and related offenses on Friday. Sutton-Best was a volunteer basketball coach at Parkesburg Point Youth Center when he raped a 13-year-old girl and sent sexually explicit messages to three other underage girls.
