Chinatown apartment fire causes evacuations, morning traffic delays

A fire began in a building in the Chinatown section of Philadelphia around 2 a.m. on Tuesday, June 21, prompting building evacuations and traffic delays. The roof of the building partially collapsed as firefighters put out the blaze at 10th and Race streets. One firefighter was hospitalized for a minor injury and residents have been displaced.
