Rebuild Philadelphia is working on an estimated $35 million redesign of Carousel House, Philadelphia’s only recreation center for disabled people, which closed due to unsafe conditions in 2021. Organizers are hosting community feedback sessions and presenting the latest redesign concepts during a Zoom meeting on Thursday evening.
