Joseph Ford, 53, owner of 1st Call Electric in Collegeville, Montgomery County allegedly stole $474,185 from 64 homeowners in the Philadelphia region. Ford allegedly accepted deposits to install backup home generators and complete other electrical work, but never completed the jobs.
