D.A. Krasner vows to pursue justice after judge dismisses case against ex-cops accused of beating man with Asperger's

Criminal charges against Patrick Smith and James Smith have been dismissed. The two former Philadelphia police officers had been accused of assaulting a man with Asperger’s syndrome in August 2020 while off-duty. The judge said there wasn’t enough evidence to suggest the brothers had committed a crime.
