Delaware County to bolster addiction services with $62.5 million from opioid settlement

Delaware County will receive $62.5 million over the next 18 years as part of the multi-state settlement with four opioid manufacturers and distributors accused of fueling the drug crisis. A task force is being established to determine how Delco will spend the money from Johnson & Johnson, AmeriSource Bergen, McKesson and Cardinal Health.
