Delco man rescued after getting stranded in tree surrounded by flooded Marcus Hook Creek

Delaware County first responders rescued a man from a tree in Upper Chichester during Tuesday night’s rainstorm. They shared video of the daring rescue of the man, who was stranded after being surrounded by floodwaters. The county received nearly 2,000 emergency calls on Tuesday night, including 27 for water rescues.
