Eagles add two reverse vending machines to incentivize recycling at the Linc

The Philadelphia Eagles have added two reverse vending machines to Lincoln Financial Field, becoming the first NFL team to introduce the emerging technology. Located in the concourse outside sections 123 and 138, the machines can be used to dispose of cans, plastic bottles and plastic cups by scanning a QR code. A touchscreen prompts fans to complete a questionnaire and generates unique transaction codes that lets fans know if they won and how to redeem prizes, including complimentary offerings from fan services.
