Migrants bused from Texas arrive at Philadelphia's 30th Street Station

Philadelphia welcomed a group of asylum-seeking migrants who arrived Wednesday morning on a bus traveling from Texas. The bus arrived at 30th Street Station around 6 a.m., carrying an estimated 30 people including families and some children, city officials said. The bus is the first to arrive in Philadelphia since Texas Greg Abbott began sending buses full of migrants to other sanctuary cities in U.S., including Chicago, New York and Washington, D.C. The policy has drawn rebuke from critics who call it cruel, misleading and politically motivated.
