MMA fighter loses his finger during South Philly match on April Fools' Day

Khetag Pliev, an MMA fighter and professional boxer, had his finger severed from his hand during a bout at the CFFC 94 event in Philadelphia on April 1, 2021. The fight was held at 2300 Arena. Pliev lost the fight by TKO, but the finger was found inside his glove and later reattached at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.
