New 2-mile section of Schuylkill River Trail to open in Chester County

A 2-mile section of the Schuylkill River Trail opens for pedestrians and bicyclists in Chester County this weekend. The path’s new segment runs north from Linfield Road to Fricks Lock Village in East Coventry Township. The project will eventually add 4 trail miles to the county’s existing 5.7 miles of path space.
