One man in custody, another wanted in South Street shooting, D.A. Krasner says

Two people will be charged in connection to the mass shooting on South Street in Philadelphia, District Attorney Larry Krasner says. The shooting on Saturday night killed three people and wounded 11 others. Kristopher Minners, Alexis Quinn and Gregory ‘Japan’ Jackson were each killed. Minners was a resident advisor at Girard College. Jackson was a boxer who coached children.
