Pennsylvania bill would ban transgender athletes from playing women's sports, but Gov. Wolf vows to veto it

The legislation passed out of the House Education Committee, but Gov. Tom Wolf has vowed to veto it. The vote came after Penn swimmer Lia Thomas became the first transgender athlete to win a Division I national championship.
