Philly City Council member Isaiah Thomas wants to protect the next generation of athletes with NIL protection bill

In an effort to protect student-athletes, Philadelphia City Council person Isaiah Thomas introduced a first-of-its-kind NIL Youth Protection Bill. The Bill would provide financial literacy and consumer protection for high school athletes on Name, Image, and Likeness deals.
