Philly lawmaker seeks to revise curfew for minors during summer in response to gun violence

Minors over the age of 16 would have to be indoors by 10 p.m. during the summer months under a new bill introduced by City Councilmember Katherine Gilmore Richardson. The proposal is in response to increased gun violence and would go into effect immediately through Sept. 29 if passed.
