Philly man charged in series of alleged stalking incidents targeting women in Old City

Steven Ditty, the Philadelphia man accused of multiple instances of stalking and harassment of women in Center City, was charged Wednesday, District Attorney Larry Krasner announced. Posters warning about Ditty, 32, have circulated on social media in recent weeks, prompting numerous women to come forward about encounters they had with him.
