Philly's new nighttime economy director wants to make the city a tourist destination 24 hours a day



Raheem Manning is now Philadelphia’s first nighttime economy director. Manning previously served as the co-chair of the city’s Arts and Culture Task Force, which recommended the creation of the position. The Overbrook High School graduate is tasked with creating a strategic plan to make Philly a 24-hour destination for tourism, culture, and nightlife.
