President Joe Biden will deliver a primetime speech outside Independence Hall in Philadelphia on Thursday, Sept. 1, 2022. In a statement, the White House said Biden will address how American rights and freedoms are “still under attack.” Last week, the Democrat blasted Republicans who embrace the “MAGA” philosophy of former President Donald Trump, calling it “semi-fascism.”
