A second suspect has been arrested in the Roxborough High School shooting that killed 14-year-old Nicholas Elizalde and wounded 4 other teenagers after a football scrimmage on Tuesday, Sept. 27. The arrest came one day after authorities announced charges against Yaaseen Bivins, 21. Police are still searching for four other suspects.
