Teenager wounded in shooting at SEPTA's 15th Street Station subway platform, police say

A a 16-year-old boy was in critical condition after being shot in the head on SEPTA’s 15th Street Station subway platform on Thursday night. After the shooting, police arrested a 17-year-old who is believed to have fired multiple shots into a crowd of juveniles on the westbound platform.
