Withers the dog, set to be adopted, stolen from animal shelter in North Philly

A small dog was stolen from the ACCT Philly shelter on West Hunting Park Avenue on Monday afternoon. The shelter identified the dog as Withers, who had someone lined up to adopt him prior to the dognapping. ACCT Philly shared surveillance video and photos with Philadelphia police to aid in the ongoing investigation.
