N.J. attorney general stepping down to lead SEC's enforcement division

N.J.Attorney General Gurbir Grewal will be stepping down from his position to join the Securities and Exchange Commission at the end of next month. Starting July 26, Grewal will serve as the director of the SEC’s Division of Enforcement after more than three years as New Jersey’s top law enforcement official.
