Driver charged with third-degree murder, DUI in crash that killed two Pennsylvania state troopers and Allentown man



Jayana Tanae Webb, 21, of Eagleville, Montgomery County, was charged with three counts third-degree murder, DUI and related offenses for fatally striking Pennsylvania state troopers Martin F. Mack III and Branden T. Sisca and Allentown resident Reyes Rivera Oliveras while she drove on I-95 in South Philadelphia early Monday morning, police said.
